The visa system between Russia
and Georgia has not rendered anything positive to relations of two countries,
but on the contrary, has aggravated available contradictions. The impression is
created, as though Russia
being
the initiator of this position, itself it is
interested in destabilization of conditions. I do not speak about PEOPLE –
nothing has been added with except to queues for visas and ugly permit control. It is well known in
Russia and we also know, that the
government is addicted to run on the heads of the suffering citizens.
Introduction of the visa system on the part of Russia serves as one of elements
of pressure upon Georgia. With the help of introduction of the visa barrier,
there are possible financial and legal frauds. For example, the permit control
operates on simple overpayment and it is one more way to swing money from the
population at a level of lower officials.
The visa mode with Czechoslovakia was implemented in May of the last year -
earlier operating system of getting of the entry visa in the country under the
simplified process was liquidated. The same is expected in relations with Poland
in case of border with Russia will set it to think in general of the reality of
the European future of Russia. The worse and most dangerous case of probable
events is that:
Russia will be isolated from the world community, and it will provoke it on
"reciprocal" steps that can result in serious destabilization on the
European-Asian continent.
This is a rather widespread pessimistic opinion. Such steps will take Russia into
a black square from which there is no outlet. One among the destructive actions
of the Russian authorities is introduction of the visa system for neighboring
countries, are indicators of destructive intentions of these representatives:
they want to isolate us!
The European governments rarely think of including Russia in so-called "political
environment". The one among other technical and moral reasons is persistent
unwillingness of Russia to show, at last, desire to answer the European
standards. Finally, it is favorable to Russia to hold the citizens in ignorance
to plunge into problems connected with an exit system. Such a state does not
need free citizens with passports which allow them free entrance to the
countries of the world and obtaining without any difficulties the opportunity to
choose even the countries of residence, work and study abroad. Frequently,
to achieve this, one has to pass thousand painful formal procedures, which take
months and years, then trip takes the shape of an adventure while for citizens
of USA and Europe, for example, trips to each other on a visit and for residing
are usual business. There was a case when several Chechens have been detained in
Poland for " illegal stay " - the status of these people is not clear:
the status of refugee is not always given, as not all Chechens wish to be
considered citizens of Russia, and in fact hey are not citizens of Russia, but
any other status is not stipulated.
So, the government of Russia with the help of visa isolation of the citizens
carries out purposeful strategy of pressure upon them with the purpose of the
total control, which covers already all spheres of our life. It becomes
impossible for the person even with average-income to live in such a state. Most abnormal fact is that many citizens have already got used to this
pressure. They make the basic percentage part of electorate of present governors,
and being deceived by kvazipatriotism, they stupidly support any criminal acts
of the government, in particular, their allied efforts of "the Chechen
slaughter", occasionally furiously criticizing the West which they did not
see with their own eyes and where doors are forever closed for them.
This eternal disharmony of
people in Russia with themselves creates type of mentally and politically
paralyzed people. But it is just that "herd", which is necessary for modern
shepherds - speculators to remain in power.
