Today
since morning all mass media of Russia and the western news agencies have
informed about three powerful explosions, which have taken, place in Minvodi,
Essentuki and Cherkessk. In all three cases motor
vehicles filled with an explosive have blown up. In two cases from three victims of explosions there
were militiamen. The information is received
only from the Russian side and consequently it is difficult to check up the
reliability of the Russian statements about a death-roll. At the same time, it is obvious, that explosions have caused a
serious panic and an agiotage in the top echelons of power in Russia. As
usual in such cases, main suspected are declared to be Chechens.
Thus the so-called Head of
the Southern federal region Kazantsev has brought into requisition the new term
- "a bandit-vahhabit trace"
. If we can trust the Russian mass media, here is what happened on Saturday
morning:

At 10:01 there was a bomb explosion
in an automobile VAZ - 2103 at the entrance to the central market of Min-Vody.
As a result of the explosion 20 people died, and on the preliminary data, more
than 80 persons were wounded. Doctors regard a condition of 23 victims,
as the heaviest.
As a
result of explosion in Essentuki which has taken place at 10:05 in the
automobile parked at a building of motor licensing and inspection department in
the street Bulachaidze, 22 persons were wounded. 10 of them medical aid
is rendered on a place, 12 have addressed for the help in hospital. Nine of
addressed in hospital are hospitalized, surgical operations were
performed to two of them, their state of health is made stable, threat of life is not present. Wounds at others
7 victims doctors are estimated as easy. According to the chief of service of
the information of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Stavropol
territory Igor Pogosov, in Karachaevo - CHerkesii today in the morning
approximately at 10:05 also has thundered explosion as a result of which 2
militiamen were lost. Near to Cherkessk employees of road-patrol service of
motor licensing and inspection department have stopped for check motor vehicle
"ZHiguli"-2106. As Pogosov confirms, at the
examination of a motor vehicle driven by citizen Hubiev, born in 1973, an
explosive was found in its petrol tank. The automobile was driven away on waste ground. At 10:05
at inspection of the machine by
employees from the Criminal Department
there was an explosion as a result of which two employees of militia were lost.
In total, it was declared that
20 people were killed and 100 were wounded.
It is interesting that the
British special services were the first who responded to the explosions in
Russia.
As NTV informed "
Scotland Yard " has
offered Moscow " the help in investigation of acts of terrorism ". In
this connection relevantly would be to remind, that in the Chechen Republic
explosions of bombs and shells occur in hundreds and in thousand daily 18 months.
And these bombs already killed 50
thousand civilians - women, children, old men, not only 20 persons, as in the
Stavropol region.
However till now any special
service of any country of the world including " Scotland Yard ", did
not offer the Chechen side the help in investigation of mass terrorist
activity of the Kremlin in Cechen Republic Ichkeriya.
Anyway,
till now nobody has taken responsibility
for explosions. Yes actually it also
has no basic value. The Kremlin has let out gin from a bottle, having started(begun)
large-scale terrorist campaign on Caucasus in September, 1999. Behind explosions
there can be everybody - and the despaired Chechen, whose family was tormented
and brutally destroyed by Russian
scums on his native land
, and Russian FSB
which once again wants to lift " degree of national anger against gangsters
", and is simple, criminal structures which divide spheres of influence on
Northern Caucasus, and opposition to the Kremlin forces which thus show the
force …., in general everybody. On Caucasus one and a half year there
is a large-scale war. Northern Caucasus is in a zone of operations.
Therefore here can take place anything you like. And not only on Northern
Caucasus, but in any corner of Russia. You see war creates for this purpose
favorable conditions. Therefore surprise of the Russian mass media and an
agiotage around everyday's actually event is absolutely not clear. Well, explosions had blown up.
Well, 20 people died. So what? Hundreds of people die in the Chechen Republic
every day. And NOTHING. The world has not turned
over. Everything is OK. So the dear Russians probably should get accustomed to
Putin`s constitutional order.
