FSB are
chasing the Muslims of Northern Caucasus. There were a series of unessential
arrests of Muslims especially Imam-Khat of mosques “Volnai-Aul”, Musa
Mukojev, his assistant Anzor Astemirov and similarly active comer to mosque,
Appai. Arrests were made by workers of Moscow FSB and were shifted in the
direction of Pytigorsk city and Min-Vodi city. This is not the first such event
that FSB adopted the fashion of kidnapping Muslims, subject them to disgracing
beating, frightening and tortures through electric shocks, get them wear
polyethilen bags or anti-gas to experience breathing problems and so on. After
such hijacking, the relatives can not come across no information about them
untill several weeks, torturing, beating and sleeping on concrete floor, all
these became routine practices and persons coming from torture cells are
generally sick, in the houses of any person visiting mosque may be investigated,
only for the reason that he was seen in the mosque, meetings of the parents were
conducted in schools and they were demanded that they should not allow their
children to mosques, so that they are not taught “wahhabism” and assemble
and open automatic Kalashnikov and so on.
It is
right to say that according to principles of jurisdiction, there is full scale
persecution of the people on religious basis, but why only those following
Islam, are victimized, the OMON don’t enter into Christian church or jewish
sinagog with their dirty boots and dirty mat, as they enter mosque and beat
Muslims with the butts of their guns only due to their attendance of this spot
and that the ground of the mosque is flooded with the blood, battue are not
subjected to such action as mosques, which are oftenly sieged from all
directions and and then “cleaning” is conducted and all these crime are
committed on the holy day of the Muslims, ie on Friday. These extreme measure
are taken against the Muslims and ordinary citizens.
In such
circumstances, when local leadership supprestsed all differing forces and only
Muslims remained as opposition, are really trying to set forth other point of
view from position of local feodal President of Kabardino-Balkaria, Kokov V.M.
and confidents to feodal clans.
Some
weeks former to the arrest of Musa Mukajev, comers to the mosque on initiative
of Muslims of Kabardino-Balkaria founded a commission. The commission was called
Commission for checking security of financial resources, collected for
construction of a central mosque in Nalchik city, and similarly correction of
using of money by visitors, performing hajj during 1997.
Musa
Mukojev and Anzor Astemirov and Appai played vital role in working out of this
commission, they tried to investigate the destiny of several hundred thousand
dollars of national money, collected for construction of central mosque in
Nalchik city, thus leadership of Kabardino-Balkaria did not appreciate this
action and they put their sticks in the wheels of commission, so that to stop
this action, Mufti Pshihachev abruptly started extra-ordinary activeness,
appearing on the T.V., with columns in the newspapers, claiming “wahhabists”
to be chasing him and pressurizing him and want to organize a revolution in
Kabardino-Balkaria, but discrediting himself, Mufti Pshihachev and his followers
on local and federal level are directly responsible for cheating the people
money and seeing that bowl of social opinion is inclining not in favor of
corrupt leadership and mufti Pshihachev, they adopted extreme measures, and for
help of mufti came FSB, which is involved in explosions Min-Vodi, Esentukah, and
the most active participants of commission were arrested, it is Musa Mukojev,
imam-khateeb of Volno-Aul mosque, his assistant Anzor Astemirov and similarly
Appai, who happened to get rid after ten days of unsuccessful effort of workers
of FSB, who tried to throw trotil sabre in front of him during investigation.
Thus
among the detainees is still lying Musa Mukojev and Anzor Astemirov, only thus
persue to qualify odious in its cynicizm illegal arrests of Muslims, who were
accused of baseless allegations of participation in explosions in Min-Vodah and
Esentukah cities, all this provocation, has its own aim, to suppress latest
centers of opposition and differences, and it also at the time of selection for
the post of President of Kabardino-Balkaria, Kokov V.M. The situation has become
very complicated and unpredictable and is threatening to destabilization of
circumstances in Kabardino-Balkaria and if this proceeds, then personally the
so-called President of KBR, Kokov and similarly the so-called mufti Pshihachev
and FSB is responsible.
