All the so-called Russian
“power holder” gathered in central military base of occupational group near
to Johar city. Official explanation of the meeting – “planning discussion of
the process of performance of counter-terrorist operation”. Simultaneous with
gathering of Khankala, subversive action was carried out in village Gikalo, in
suburbs of Chechen capital. All incoming traffic to the city was closed not only
from southern direction, where the so-called “cleaning” was continuing, but
from other directions also. Johar city was blocked from all directions, as in
January, 2000. Number of soldiers surprised even the Russian soldiers, who were
staying at the check-points. No only the simple citizen did not have access
during the entire day but also the so-called members of “Kadirov
government”. It became clear that day that Russian occupational prosecution
center was shifted to Khankala. Explanation of the reason for flight to military
base especially of the civil organ of the state proved simple, as halva on R.20
in Soviet times – “preparation for the move directly to Grozny”. Kadirov
with his group came one and a half year ago to the capital. It is a fact that he
did not came to the city as a final destination, he also prefers to live
permanently in Khankala, only for some times, under the escort of hundreds of
soldiers, appearing in his “government”. Now this is the time for the
occupational prosecution to be shifted.
It
should be noted that “prosecution workers” have already become victim of
Chechen offensive groups, now their shifting to Johar city will confront with
more problems. But occupational leadership has found solution to this situation
– direct telephone line has been set up for KPP of Khankala. Now the citizens
of ChRI can directly talk to KPP(!) and directly contacting with prosecutor. It
is a fact that to reach KPP of Khankala and to remain alive during this attempt,
was not explained by Russians.
New
Minister of Defense of RF, Sergei Ivanov, who participated in the meeting of
Khankala, and publically published information, which remained secret only for
PASE, European Union and USCE - , no withdrawal of forces from Chechnya will not
be implemented. In addition to it, “Russian soldiers must be ready for
adequate action against fighters”, who now, “can not destabilze the
situation in Chechnya”. There are no forces, as said. Patrushev informed that
in Baghdad, and similarly in Grozny, all things are ok but the only problem –
it is “leaders of fighters”, who are organizing “explosions and terrorist
actions”. Words are mixed for life of sincere citizens as Russian occupants.
Grizlov, exposing of his figure, is difficult to explain his family name,
threatened citizens of Russia about preparation of terrorist actions on the
entire territory of the country by “fighters”. In this case, why
Rostov-on-Don was selected and called the precise data – 9th of May. There
will be a terrorist action or there will be no action, it is not clear, but this
is fact tha Grizliev spoiled the celebration of veterans. What type of
celebration will be held on the day, when the people will be waiting their deat
on parade day of Victory.
Operative
sources of Chechen side inform that in the gathering in Khankala, there was hot
issue about reinforcement of central military base of occupational groups as
preparation for the possible renewal of active fights in Johar city. Baranov,
who was awarded namely watches and midals and tried to negate any serious threat
to Khankala, but did not rejected the withdrawal of of FSB, who threatened
occupational comman about “possible attack on Khankala by illegal armed
formations”. In this connection, special order of Patrushev was issued to
“take complex measures for reinforcement of security of central staff of
united groups of soldiers in Northern Caucasus”.
