In
Novosibirsk, proceedings were started over 65-year-old pensioner Victor Fokin,
who is charged for killing 10 people. RIA
News was informed on Thursday in Novosibirsk Prosecutor’s Office that his
victims were women aged from 26 to 50, whom he first raped and then killed.
The investigation considers that the pensioner committed his crimes since
1996. The violator dismembered the
bodies of the murdered women and dispersed the remains in a forest.
All his victims were either alcoholics or prostitutes.
In the opinion of investigators, the criminal purposefully selected such
women that nobody would look for afterwards.
