many of them are thrown out. After war, this struggle comes to an end –one box
of cartridges and grenades is handed over to each family. In general, here is
great disorder with weapon!

Probably each evening on the
all-Russian telechannels, gallants of Putin workers show to trustful and
impressionable Russian televiewers, the next show under the name: "Uncovering
of hiding place of separatists with the weapon and explosive". If to
perceive seriously similar tele-representations and even estimate the
approximate amount of the withdrawn weapon, it turns out, that "hiding
places" of these Putin’s police dogs have found out so many that the side
resisting to them already should be at war with invaders extremely with simple
weapons. However the Russian armies are constantly feeling on ever growing force
of impacts of Mujahideen, they are bearing all big and big losses as obviously
deal with well-armed and professionally struggling opponent.
Even if we take into account
that significant part of "withdrawals" carries frankly closing
character, nevertheless, it becomes completely unclear as at so significant
amount of ammunition in conditions of the intensive operations continuing since
second year, and under conditions of constant hunting of Russian special
services for "secured ones" – fighters of Chechen resistance, who
keep a high level of technical equipment and continue to create well inhibited
stocks of arms. From all paradoxes of present war in the Chechen Republic, this
is one of easily explained phenomenon. And, as it is strange, representatives of
the Russian special services and journalists of pro-Kremlin MASS MEDIA offer a
key to solution.
The last in their reporting
constantly blab out and declaring that almost all weapon confiscated by invaders
are of Russian made (however, and without their comments, at one viewing video
recording, it is possible to come to the same conclusion).
Besides in interview to the
newspaper "Moscowski Komsomolets", the general of FSB, Mironov rather
frankly recognized that: " Basically they (means - Mujahideen) use the
weapon of the Russian manufacture. They bring very little from abroad". As
it is found out, for struggle against the Russian invaders, it is absolutely not
necessary to use deliveries from abroad. All necessary can be bought on the spot,
and even from invaders.
One of correspondents of the
Russian MASS-MEDIA told a sad history about the grandmother who, being rescued
from poverty, traded on improved street "point" near one of crossroads
in Johar city. Trade of the grandmother did not succeed - impecunious Russian
commandos offered grenade for packet of "Prime". The grandmother
refused such exchange - a grenade for her economy was not necessary.
Not only journalists, but
also inhabitants of Chechen Republic unanimously confirm - Russian trade in the
weapon, and everywhere, in enormous scales and under the ridiculous prices. And
at a local level barter prevails. Tormented and permanently engaged in war,
Russian fighters are ready to give the weapon for vodka and drugs. More "enterprising"
are ready to sell watches, clothes, radio tape recorders and other "souvenirs".
Command of the Russian
occupational grouping, not being exchanged on similar trifles, in the best
traditions of currency of prostitutes, works exclusively for dollars. The prices
with them are much higher, than in ordinary structure, but also scope of trade
is much greater. If the ordinary structure specializes on retail traffic in arms
and ammunition, then the fathers - commanders practise in deliveries by
wholesale and gross wholesale.
Employees of special
services, in addition to it, are engaged in many other kinds of "business"
- trade in capturing and hostages (which for Russian always was big honor, not
without reason in the beginning of our era, the largest slaveholding market in
capital of Byzantium, Constantinopol was named "market of Russian",
and the main suppliers of the Russian for sale were their own princes), trade in
the service information, and also opening and closing of criminal cases on
commercial basis.
"Businessmen" in
epaulets have also one more source of the income. The naive televiewers
enthusiastically looking on stores of weapon, ostensibly confiscated by their
gallant soldiers, but probably do not suspect, that most part of this weapon
after a day or two will be offered for repayment by the same soldiers to
Mujahideen. That will also be done in the best gangster traditions. And it is
offered to the same Mujahideen for the purchase from those, whom the soldiers
had looted yesterday evening.
"And how is it possible?!
" The Russian inhabitant will be indignant. " And how is
constitutional order? And how is its legality? Really Russian soldiers are
killed by weapon sold by their commanders? "
Yes, sirs of Russian
inhabitants, by this weapon. Other weapon in the Chechen Republic for a long
time already is not present. Russian officers for a long time have already
addicted to be sellers of gun meat. It is the meat of their own soldiers.
Executioners of higher rank drive on slaughter of executioners of lower rank. It
is called - commerce according to Putin’s principles. However, and Russian
fighters even more often started to realize that their commanders since long
time have already sold them. Rumors are persistently circulating among ordinary
structure of occupational grouping that their command "has ostensibly
sold" the capital of the Chechen Republic to fighters of Chechen resistance
and at any moment, city simply will be handed over to Mujahideen. Hearings quite
objectively reflect these mutual relation between ordinary and command structure
of the Russian occupational armies. It is like the mutual relation between
slaves and slaveholders. But there is no more truth in these hearings. As
Mujahideen buy neither freedom, nor cities. They make them free by means of
fight.
