new strategic initiative of USA on NMD. Besides the American President has
precisely and unambiguously declared that the old contract on NMD 1972 does not
fulfill today's realities and USA leaves it.
It is obvious that a dominant theme of forthcoming meeting Bush and Putin
will be the contract on NMD. However, as asserted in Washington, the issue of
Chechen Republic as is included in the agenda. But it at all does not mean that
"Chechen question" can affect course of negotiations. In opinion of

meeting, neither Moscow, nor Washington do not want to hear that Russian

disappearance of people, regular tortures and executions of civil persons.
