As Irakli Gogava declared on Friday on plenary meeting of the parliament,
Russian military men are destroying walls, filling up sewer communications with
cement, and are taking out everything that is possible.

Vaziani, Georgian side must invite journalists and representatives of foreign
diplomatic missions accredited in Georgia on the ceremony of putting into order

the base.

related to the fact that Russian military men are destroying or plundering
property of Vaziani base, Aleksandr Lutskevich practically admitted the
accusations and stated that “only buildings and constructions will be
transmitted to Georgia, property belongs to a Group of Russian army in
Transcaucasia and later will be used by Russian military men.”
In accordance to achieved agreement on Istanbul summit of OSCE in 1999,
till July 1 of 2001 Russian military bases in Vaziani and Gudauta must be
