Russians
decided that the best is not attempting to conceal that their terrorist
formations are doing in Ichkeria. First
of all, everyone knows that anyway. Second, when giving orders for cleansing robberies, generals
proceed from the fact that Chechens are not afraid enough of Russian occupants
since they don’t stop resistance for one day.
Since
they are not afraid, it means that atrocities must be toughened in order to
inspire people with fear and to paralyze their will.
And atrocities must be demonstrative-public.
Russians openly declared that the occupational group “cardinal changed
tactics of struggle with partisan attacks of Chechen combatants.
Punitive
raids in populated area in response to any active actions of combatants in their
environs are added to armory. ”One who knows geography of Chechen republic
Ichkeria understands what is behind of that declaration.
Most
villages in Ichkeria are located in distance of straight visibility from each
other and any attack of Chechen mobile subdivisions can be referred to any
populated area that is near.
Occupational
bands of Russian aggressors (they cannot be called any differently after public
declarations of FSB general Rudnik Dudayev) are in direct nearness to these
villages, so declarations of occupants can be viewed as official declaration of
terror in relations to all Chechens without exceptions.
The
major tactic of Russians is to permanently keep all Chechen population in fear.
Several dozens of men from some village are taken hostage periodically.
After beating them to half death, occupants state the sum for which they
will be released.
Corpses
of those, who failed to endure tortures and died in Russian prisons, are also
sold. The prices fluctuate depending on solvency of relatives and number of
captured hostages. During mass
robbery of the villages Assinovskaya and Sernovodskaya up to 1000 men in the age
from 12 to 70 years were captured.
After
beating and tortures with electricity, the hostages were sold to their relatives
for 500 to 1000 rubles for each. Russian mass media cite testimonies of cleansing victims in
their own style. Newspaper.ru, for
example, in the article “Chechens will be forced to fear fighters,” in a
lightened tone describes robberies and murder of civilian people during and
after battles in Alkhan-Kala, where Chechen commander Arbi Barayev died.
“For
several days artillery shelled his house (Barayev’s author’s annotation) and
houses near by, after which army special forces literally flooded the
settlement. Apart from Barayev twenty other inhabitants of Alkhan-Kala
were killed. 800 Chechens more were
taken for filtration.
Besides,
searching for weapons and ammunition, the military combed every house.
Dwellers of Alkhan-Kala, who, managed to get to Grozny or Ingush camps,
later complained that if unable to find armament, the military took everything
valuable (they carried off Xerox and TV of Musa Muradov, a correspondent of “Kommersant”).
In
a peculiar fashion, in a purely Russian style, the version of murders and
robberies is presented. Inhabitants,
whose relatives, at least several dozens, were killed just complained that a TV
set was taken! So what?
What
for is a TV set for a Chechen, Gryzlov and Patrushev people who literally gnaw
and disembowel dwellers of Ichkeria need it more.
One more quote, “ Thus, the group of Russian troops master new tactics
of confrontation to Chechen partisans.
First,
the military will try to respond to each attack of fighters with punitive
measures and cleansing in Chechen villages this way or another verges on a
punitive operation. Second, the
cleansing is toughened.
Russians
have obviously decided to demonstrate force to Chechens in order to somehow
reduce the pressure of diversion struggle.” So, Russians explained to everyone,
in plain terms, that they use civilian population as a live cover and subject of
revenge.
You
kill our soldiers we kill and rob your women, children and elderly.
Chechen side tirelessly repeats this calling the world to witnessing of a
real, not imaginary, Russian terrorism and bandism.
Russian atheists, robbers and marauders are aggressors and invaders.
It
was this way 300, 200, 100 years ago and the essence of the matter remains like
this today. Russians came to Caucasus to rob and kill.
The world has never seen from these human-like creatures anything more
than destruction, death, drinking and defect.
Russians
always consider fighting with women, children and those who decided not to take
up arms valor and heroism.
For
such “special operations” they receive rewards and rapturous shouting of
crowd, “We are all Budanovs.
”For
killing cripples and invalids, for marauding and banditism over 500 soldiers and
officers of war in Caucasus received the so-called ranks “hero of Russia”.
In 10 years of the war in Afghanistan, only 300 people were named to heroes of
USSR.” Really, Russians are all
Budanovs.
This
hero of Russia kidnapped, killed and then raped and ordered to bury a
17-year-old Chechen girl when her parents were gone to vote for the Russian
power.
And
this power did not put off coming to their house in the form of a Russian
marauder. In some populated areas
of West Ichkeria people decided to stay away from war and show loyalty to
invaders, for which they became easy prey for Russian armed bands of FSB and MIA
(Ministry for Internal Affairs).
Today,
the Russian law playing court over a criminal, manifestly proves to Kungayevs
that the Russian, with gun has the right to do to Chechens all he wants.
After
several month of a court show they decided to announce that the violator and
murder sometimes “goes mad.”
This
is clear anyway. Not only Budanov
goes mad. Budanov’s order is
raging all over Russia, total imbecility and schizophrenia in the most perverted
form. New leader of the so-called
Russian Ministry for Internal Affairs Grizlov confirmed this diagnosis.
When
evaluating the work of his subordinate band formations in Sernovodskaya and
Assinovskaya, Grizlov plainly advised “not to interfere with affairs of
special services» and wormed from “attacks on MIA and FSB.”
Criminals,
that are the Russian militia, Chekists let it be known to military men also that
their task is to fulfill orders of the “special” and sit in trenches.
The time of Cheka and special departments has come back to Russia.
