As
our correspondent reports, today in the morning in area of mountains of Mashtak,
a helicopter of Russian occupants and terroristic formations has been shot down.
Mi-24 helicopter has been hit with the help of rocket complex "Strela".
The crew has been completely destroyed.
Today
in the morning, convoy of commandoes, notorious 45th special brigade,
deployed in settlement Hattuni attempt to come to the aid of the besieged
invaders in Vedeno. The convoy was attacked near village Elistanji. Mujahideen
attacked on the middle part of convoy and divided it in two portions.

units of armored vehicles have been destroyed and 12 aggressors have been killed.
The fore part having broken left aside Vedeno, the cut rare part was turned
backward and receded back in the disorder to the base. The broken part of the
convoy near Vedeno was encircled and blocked by Chechen fighters. At present,
intensive firing is going on. Russian sustained big losses, initiative is
completely in hands of Chechen divisions. Vedeno gorge still is under full
control of Chechen armed forces. Baranov administration in Khankala still cannot
help besieged bandit group in Vedeno.
A
small group of Chechen mujahideen attacked a military commandant's office of
Russian aggressors in village Mahkety and completely crushed it. More than 20
invaders have been killed, as reported by our correspondent quoting Amir Abu
Dujana.
In
settlement Hattuni, commandant's office of Russian aggressors has been attacked
with grenade launchers and light arms. Exact losses of Russian are unknown, but
among defenders, there are many dead and wounded. It became clear from wireless
communication that up to 5 mercenaries are wounded.
