Kavkaz-Center has published copy of speech of Secretary of Security Council of
ChRI, Dokka Umarov. This speech opens falsity of statements of Russian invaders
about disagreements in military-political leadership of Ichkeria. Chechen
Republic of Ichkeria continues to battle.
Dear
brothers and sisters!
Do not believe that we are divided.
Do not believe that we are bandits and terrorists. Do not believe that we are
not subordinate to our Supreme Commander-in-Chief Aslan Maskhadov.
We are
Chechen warriors fighting in the name of God for the freedom of our people and
our state. God makes every man free to serve God's truth and justice, but those
who chose the path of Satan and want to be slaves (the Kadyrovs, Gantamirovs,
Gakayevs and others), let them be slaves to Russia, they will have to leave
Chechnya along with their "masters". We should not be afraid and
deceive ourselves that Russia is fighting against Khattab and Shamil Basayev.
Russia has been waging this war against the entire Chechen nation for centuries.
Do not
believe either Putin or his vile policy. All the soldiers and officers who are
sent to Chechnya are people with an abnormal criminal psyche or a criminal past.
Take any company of Russian soldiers and ask them who would like to be
demobilized, or who would like to go behind bars, then undoubtedly 50 per cent
would opt for prison as they were brought from there to Chechnya. They concluded
a contract with the supreme Russian authorities - freedom in exchange for
murdering Chechens. And this bunch of rejects are today carrying out on our
sacred land their monstrous tests and experiments on our brothers and sisters.
It is a
cynical lie that criminal proceedings will be brought against these inhuman
creatures or that they will be made to answer for their deeds in any way. Do not
believe this regardless of who says it. On the contrary. Putin and all the
supreme Russian leadership gave their blessing for them to do this and the
Patriarch of Satan forgave them all their sins before they even began. Putin by
his dirty policy is determinedly forcing upon public opinion the image of
Chechens as terrorists and bandits who pose a threat to the entire world.
All this
is being done with the aim of inspiring universal hatred of the Chechen people
and of making them outcasts for the whole world so that in this way, Russia can
justify its barbaric genocide of our people. In fact, Putin and the Russia he is
trying to create pose a threat to the world. The world understands perfectly
that Russia is building its war on deception of its own people and the peoples
of the world via the media, which it has under its control and the information
blockade. The Russian authorities are particularly zealous in trying to make
fools of the Russian people themselves, who for the most part live below the
poverty line.
Putin
needs the threat of enemies and terrorists in the shape of Chechens to stop the
Russians seeing clearly and so that he can appear in their eyes as Russia's
saviour. Putin's deception of his own people, via his chief liars Yastrzhembsky
and Manilov, has reached such absurd proportions that not a single Chechen of
any description should be left alive given the number of Chechen fighters killed.
For example, Yastrzhembsky has already announced twice that I personally, Dokka
Umarov, secretary of the CRI Security Council - who is currently writing this
appeal and fighting the aggressors - was dead, and both times he made this sound
very convincing.

Today
I call on you to join the ranks of those carrying out Jihad, the holy war in the
name of God for freedom and for the independence and future of our people and
our state. There is no doubt that we shall be victorious and those of our people
who fall in this holy war will become martyrs. May God grant us the strength to
defend our homeland and its honour! God is Great!!!
