Despite
of titanic efforts of Moscow to block any attempt of discussion of Chechen
question on international scene and shameful - treacherous position of so-called
world community, effort of some international organizations nevertheless yield
certain results, which allow to hope that Chechen Republic of Ichkeria can
achieve international recognition, and Kremlin administration will incur
deserving punishment for genocide and monstrous crimes against humanity in
Caucasus.
One
of these days, coordinator of the Russian radicals and member of Extreme Political
Board of Transnational Radical Party, Nikolay Hramov made an announcement
in Rome, in connection with recent visit to Moscow of Minister for Foreign
Affairs of Italy Ruggiero.
«Integration
of Russia in World Trading Organization, trading and economic problems,
Macedonian question - about it, according to Ministry for Foreign Affairs
of Italy and news agencies, went speech during visit of Italian Minister
for Foreign Affairs to Moscow. Only one theme was not present: war in Chechen
Republic, war crimes, and Chechen refugees living in inhuman conditions.
While the head of Italian diplomacy conducted conversation with high-ranking
Russian interlocutor, men and women continued to die in Chechen Republic.
During negotiations, the most important theme not only for today's Russia, but,
probably, for all Europe - with geographical and with human point of view
was not mentioned.
The
impression is created, that simply does not exist Chechen Republic neither in
view of Italian government, nor that of sixteen European governments.
Anybody more does not hear shouts of the victims tortured in filtration
camps, protests of Russian dissidents and democrats. On a background
of all event still the big value gets first signatures of 42 deputies of
European parliament, 54 signatures of outstanding politicians and art
workers and 500 signatures of citizens from the various countries of the
world, which have joined international appeal of the Radical party
addressed to the European Commission and European Council and calling for
beginning of procedure of a unilateral international recognition of Chechen
Republic».
Thus, the process of a unilateral international recognition of Chechen
state initiated by Transnational Radical party has begun.
