It
is now already clear that bombardment of Americans in Afghanistan will not
achieve the required targets. In the course of prolongation
of the so-called «anti-terrorist operation», more and more are revealed the
concealed objectives of the incendiaries of this war.
Three
years back Zbigniew Brzezinski, former assistant to President Jimmy Carter on
the national security in 1977-1981, one of leading Scholar of Soviet affairs,
still then foretold end of the red empire, in the interview on Radio Liberty and
said that in the beginning of the third millennium, Central Asia will become the
second Balkans. But no one, including perhaps, himself Mr. Brzezinski, then did
not think that initiator of this «Balkanization» will become USA itself.
And
here, simultaneously with the escalation of military actions in Afghanistan, USA
threw the bone of discord between two Central-Asian countries: for its newly
created strategic ally Uzbekistan, USA allocated 6 millions for performing of
disinfections work on the island of Revival in the Aral Sea.
All
is nothing: this island actually needs sterilization, since it is the dump of
fatal bacteria, including downright of the spores of anthrax frightened USA - in
the Soviet times, here worked the polygon on testing of bacteriological weaponry.
But the fact is that the island of Revival, softly saying, never belonged to
Uzbekistan.
USA
proceeds from the fact that Kazakhstan manifests a certain weakness in its
foreign policy, provoking the presentation of various territorial claims to it.
Thus, for example, in 1998 Kazakhstan handed over about 500 square kilometers of
its territory to China, thus after creating the precedent of the readiness of
the concessions «of questionable territories» under the pressure of force. The
present authorities of Uzbekistan try to use this weakness and arbitrarily are
placed boundary signs in the territory of Kazakhstan. So in the near-boundary of
Saryagach region of Kazakhstan - Kazakh settlement Of Bagys was about to go away
to Uzbekistan. Dispute in relation with this populated area is not yet finished.
There were even injured from the bullets of Uzbek frontier-guards.
The
same policy follows the regime of Islam Karimov with respect to Kyrgyzstan also.
USA,
certainly, knows that the island of Revival belongs to Kazakhstan. But they know
also that near this island is located the promising
petroleum deposit, whose reserves compose ten, if not hundreds of
millions of tons of oil. And, therefore, they isolated money to Uzbekistan, even
without having calculated by necessary to place in the reputation about this the
government of Kazakhstan.
Calculation
is simple as the color of the American dollar: if Kazakhstan silently swallows
this offence, as there was the matter concerning China, then American petroleum
companies will begin to work on this island; but it can become so that the
Kazakhs without the battle will not step back themselves from their island, on
which ferment the specters of their innocently ruined ancestors. And then USA,
after scouring between them these states, will assume the role of the arbitrator
and will attempt to impose their orders by force. Large oil was and remains rate
in this large game.
However,
so that is the island revival, which with the aid of USA does become now the
apple of discord?
Immediately
after the end of the Second World War, the Soviet regime carried out on this five-kopeck coin the terrifying
experiments above the living people, about which was told recently by almost
single survival among living witness of those days - former nurse Raushan
Zhalgasov.
Speaking
in one of the broadcasting of Kazakh TV, she described about the fact that in
1946, she, 19 years old nurse was called from Almata, and she was compelled to

of doctors from Moscow, injected the spores of bacteria to experimental people,

Her

of Aral fishermen- Kazakhs were the victims. The television operators show

When
we say that conflicts in the Balkans, in comparison with the war in Central Asia,
they can seem children's games, we imply following aspect: extensive territory
to the south of Aral sea on the delta of Amu-Darya belong exactly not to Uzbeks,
but to the Karakalpaks, who enter into the composition of Uzbekistan as
Karakalpak autonomous republic. This small nation in the ethnic plan is almost
identical to Kazakhs. It was established at the dawn of the Soviet regime
between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan and its boundaries were determined by
exceptionally subjective voluntary methods. From the moment of formation in 1920
of Kazakh ASSR, administrative boundaries of the republic repeatedly were again
cut due to connection and disconnection of its territories. Karakalpakiya hardly
did not enter then into the composition of Kazakhstan.
At
present in Karakalpakia is predominating anti-Tashkent regime. Karakalpaks want
to leave the composition of Karimov Uzbekistan. To this contribute both
totalitarian pressing of the dictatorial authority of Islam Karimov and recently
proven rich petroleum reserving of Aral lowland. It suffices someone to fan
these relations and then Uzbekistan can obtain its own Chechnya. And it is
necessary for a long time to forget about the stability in Central Asia.
Uzbeks,
Kazakhs and Karakalpaks since ancient times live in the proximity and actually
could solve their problems without the wars. But this, in all likelihood, it
does not enter into the plans of the strong of the world. And here already USA,
which rigidly criticized until recently Uzbek authorities for the pursuit of
their own citizens, suddenly concludes union with this frankly anti-democratic
on the form and terrorist in the essence of regime.
However,
they practice of the dual standard of USA since old times, and to be surprised
at this is not necessary. The authorities of USA simply pragmatically follow
their interests. After taking upon itself responsibility for war in Afghanistan,
USA de facto demonstrated their unwillingness to consider UN the volitional
solution of USA crossed the prevailing political realities. But Bush's slogan:
Who is not with us, he is against us, demonstrated to the entire world, that the
so-called democratic values act only to that moment, until they serve the
interests strictly of those states, which under the cover of this slogan attain
their completely specific interests.
