Validity
of struggle against all dictatorships of the world - fundamentalist, Communist
and Nazi - clearly demonstrated recently the wild incident in Laos. On 26th
October, for conducting peaceful demonstration in defense of prisoners arrested
2 years back by Laos’s opposition forces and distribution of the leaflets in
front of the presidential palace in the capital of the country Vientiane, were
arrested: Nikolai Khramov - coordinator of transnational radical party for
Russia; deputy of Euro-parliament, Olivier Dupuis - chairman of TRP (Italy), and
also the activists of the party of Silvzha Manzi, Bruno Mellano and Massimo
Lensi. According to the report of the representative of TRP, David Charrett to
Human Rights agency PRIMA (
www.prima-neshs.ru ),
participants in the demonstration were accused of charges in «the threat to
national security of Laos», which can result in a prison period from 1 to 5
years for them.
In
this connection, Russian Revolutionary Contact Association came forward with the
angry protest against the arrest and absurd charges from the side of Laotian
communists in address of Nikolai Khramov, whom RKO considers to be the companion
in the fight with the Putin’s regime! RKO demands his immediate and
unconditional release as the release of all arrested participants in the
demonstration with him. RKO states that in XXI century, the latter still
preserved Communist regimes just as before, continues to brutally suppress any
disagreement, any opposition, and communism remains the same, as it was
correctly named decade ago - plague of XX century! Special piquancy gives
situation of the circumstance that Kharamov cannot rely on real support and
intercession of his government in the Laotian prison. For Russia, he and his
party were always only «blasting elements» and «enemies of people», as
expressed spiritual fathers and the teachers of present Kremlin- Lubyanka
leaders in 30-ies of the last century. Radical party - salient on its merits is
an international organization, which does not tend on forces in the struggle for
freedom, democracy, openness and liberty values in the entire world, it was
always the bone in the throat of Lubyanka and bloody ministry of defense of
Russia. It suffices to recall active fight of TRP and ARA against the aggression
of Russia in Chechnya, for which precisely Russian delegation in year 2000
initiated voting in United Nations about the deprivation of TRP from
consultative status of 1st degree in United Nations (fortunately,
that failed). It suffices to recall all pursuits, investigations, illegal bans
recently in Moscow on actions of TRP ARA, arrests of their participants by
militia, and so forth and the like. Obviously, now Putin during his visit of the
sequential country - Laos - he can, in exchange for the Russian weapon and
nuclear technologies, borrow in Vientiane the newest experience of fight with
the radical party...
Khramov,
Dupuis and their comrades in TRP must be immediately freed, considers Russian
Revolutionary Contact Association, and all charges must be detached from them,
and their own people with the active support of world democratic association
must destroy totalitarian dictatorships of the Laotian type. This is the only
possible practical conclusion from that incident.
