Amir
Khattab gave interview to radio station «Kavkaz» in connection with approach
of last moments of the period of exchange of imprisoned Lieutenant Colonel
Boryaev on 25 peaceful citizens of CRI, among whom 9 are Chechen women, arrested
by Russian invaders in the course of punitive actions. According to Khattab,
Russians do not want to return Chechen hostages and officer to their families.

almost one week after our last conversation, during this time in the press and
in Internet sites were published many materials, dedicated to the fate of
captured Boryaev. The titles of these responses speak themselves about essence:
«Lieutenant Colonel Boryaev will be executed on Sunday»,
«Time-period of the imprisoned Lieutenant Colonel approaches», «Who
can stop execution», «Russian take vengeance for their weakness» and so on.
The interviews of captured Lieutenant Colonel and your statements caused giant
resonance in Russia.
And
not only Human Rights organizations «Glasnost», and «Memorial» addressed to
the so-called European international institutes for the protection of the Human
rights with the request to appear as the mediators for releasing the prisoner.
And there were many telephone calls to internet-site «Kavkaz-Center» and to
editorial staff of radio station «Kavkaz» with particular proposals. But all
this was yet not over. There are written appeals in the address of Shamil and
Khattab. In particular, Alla Dudayeva and a number of workers of culture write
to you (I will quote): To execute Lieutenant Colonel, Boryaev is never late, but
it is necessary to use all chances for the rescue of the lives of twenty six
people, thus to you, Shamil and Khattab, faces one more case to prove that
Chechens never were bloodthirsty, but they were always and they will remain
noble people». Briefly, all of them request, advise, and propose. What will you
say to all this?
Khattab:
It
is not compulsory that we would prove to be bad or good in the eyes of kafirs.
It is not their job to decide. I again speak, swear, I too much wanted to help
this person. And we repeated dozens of times our demands. Russian military
command answered us, that the nine Chechens, we demanded were either killed by
us or do not find them.
We,
encounter such a situation no longer for the first time. Remember history with
Permian OMON soldiers and our conditions - to handover the bastard Budanov in
exchange for tens of young, more important people, possibly, than him. We gave
then three days, 72 hours. They refused to us, and we were forced to execute
them. But political and military government of Russia still several months
deceived its own people, without reporting the real fact of our and its actions.
This on their conscience is the death of Permian militiamen.
After
this, there was an aggravation of situation by speeding up of the punitive
operations of Russian invaders against peaceful population. We again were urged
to end this injustice and they again gave specific
period. Aggressors again brought clumsy policy, and we were forced to
send suicide attacker for them. They destroyed including Russian positions in
four places: Noiber, Gudermes, Urus-Martan and Argun.
Now
there is the story of Boryaev. Scenario is repeated, by cruelty generating
cruelty. Instead of helping itself and us, they conducted punitive approach in
the entire republic. Hundreds of people are arrested and disfigured to death.
Their state, their houses are ransacked. Living Boryaev began to bring much
grief. It is not possible to speak in normal language with these people and
therefore for us it makes no difference, what we will appear before these
creatures.
War
here is going on. The most severe war, that was yet not seen by humanity. And
this slaughtering house has its laws. We accept any challenge and we are not
going to step back. This time, we said our last word. Boryaev will be executed,
Insha Allah, on Sunday. If they want to help, then they have one more day and
night. We even
suspect, that they themselves want to kill him. It is evident indeed from the
fact that they are not going to exchange him. Further more we cannot wait. We
did everything to save his life and those of peaceful residents. But Russians
spit both on their own national and on the strangers. To further keep Lieutenant
Colonel, to guard him, to save him from Russian bombs and to risk our
mujahideen, we can do no longer. And
on this, let us finish this tightened conversation. After the end of this period,
kafirs will find his head on Elza Kungayeva’s grave, likewise after certain
time the same will be done with the head of Budanov. Even if one hundred years
will pass, after this, we will already deal with the corpse of Boryaev...

How
to understand this?
Khattab:
We,
if they will need his corpse, we will return him for the bodies of those nine
Chechen women, who were executed and tortured by Russian beasts even before the
Vedeno events. They know about them.

But,
even if this proposal does remain without the response?
Khattab:
Then
we propose to them to free one by one person from the prisons, taken in hostages
before Veden events. Speech goes about the inhabitants of Vedeno, Nozhai-Yurt,
Kurchaloi, and Argun. The discussion deals with the exchange of corpse of
Boryaev on five living men. And on this, let us finish this matter. You see, we,
anyhow try to help Boryaev, to return him living or dead to the native people.
But Russians do not want this.

Everything
is normal, Alhamdulillah! There is, Insha Allah, and health, and patience in
bulk. But the enemy will not have patience.
