of the failure to hand over only one person to super power of contemporary world,
already several weeks bombs the long-suffering ground, which exhausted by the
prolonged war of Afghan people; in the Middle East, Israelis armed to the teeth
continue to destroy those, armed only with stones and slings of Palestinians;
while in Chechnya continues genocide, George Bush, Tony Blair call Putin as «Friend
Vladimir», forgetting about the fatal incapacity of Russians to feel itself
equal among the equal.
But
while in Afghanistan are falling bombs, but in USA are falling its own aircraft.
Fall of plane A-300 on residential
area of the borough of Queens in
New York again reminded Americans about September horror, which shook USA
according to the evidence of eyewitnesses, airliner inflamed in air, at 10 miles
from the New York airport and collapsed to the avenue in Queens area. Local
residents say, that they saw as the aircraft, which flies very low-, collided
into the adjacent house, the explosion was heard in the same second, and fiery
meteors flew to the different sides, reports TV broadcasting company CNN. One of
the inhabitants of the area, where fell A-300, he indicates that he passed the
road, when heard the rumble of plane. It was such strong, that two aircrafts
seemed to be flying in the sky. He notes that the airliner flew at the minimum
height, when it rammed building. «It seemed aboard exploded bomb», say random
eyewitnesses.
And
here against this background, President of RF, Vladimir Putin arrives flying to
USA.
According
to reports of American and European Mass-Media, George Bush the junior, prepares
for his friend Vladimir unprecedented reception. As this will appear in the
purely protocol performance, and it has no significant value. That is much more
important, about which new allies will negotiate between themselves in the
struggle against
international terrorism,
war against which USA declared in the purely emotional impulse - without
juridical substantiation of the guilt of Osama Ben Laden and without taking into
account the consequences of this more than unconsidered step. American «Wall
Street Journal» the day before commented on the forthcoming visit of the
President Putin to USA as follows:
When
Vladimir Putin arrives to Washington, he will become the first after the
disintegration of Soviet Union, Russian leader, who does not request for America
help. The rare case, when Moscow can propose much, without requesting instead of
money. President of Putin issued a call foreign firms to increase the direct
investments, which in this year comprised less than one-and-a-half billion
dollars, while the investments in China exceeded 48 billions.
In
contrast to his predecessor, Yeltsin, who repeatedly was appealed to United
States for financial help, President Putin concentrated its efforts during the
restoration of political and diplomatic status of Russia. He is interested in
the entrance of his country in VTO, anticipating in this respect of the Russian
owners, many of whom, fearing foreign competition, still struggle although after
several years of isolation. It is important to understand only, will Russia
stand alone or Russia will become the part of the global economic system, after
setting up the legislative base, similar to that which there is in the West?, -
concludes American periodical.
Now
let us look, what is written by German newspaper «Welt» in this regard:
Putin successfully is using intensity in
the world in order to represent its country to be the partner of the West, who
supports America in the fight with the terrorism. In a similar situation, it is
not easy to speak about the danger, which threatens in such a case, when
Washington cancels agreement on National
Missile Defence programme
(NMD) furthermore, Putin needs money. Russian nuclear rockets, being the symbol
of the times, when the country still was super-power, they have cult status;
however, their content absorbs the millionth sums, which would be possible to
use not only for the implementation of further reforms in Russia, but also for
the modernization of the usual armed forces.
Thus,
there are two versions: if American
periodical hopes that Russia will
set up the legislative base, similar to that which there is in the West and will
become part of the global economic system, then German press indicates that
Putin, nevertheless needs money. It seems that Putin will nevertheless ask for
financial aid. This can look like payment for the equipment of Russian
expeditionary corpus in Afghanistan, in the form of the utilization of obsolete
nuclear arsenals of the times USSR or as the postponed payments for some other
concessions. But here is dream about the creation of effective economic
legislation. In our opinion, it is hardly attained in Russia, where from time
immemorial centuries even good laws do not work. To disrupt laws is here
considered as the usual phenomenon and this is explained very simply: Law,
that pole, where it turned there and it left....
But
this is what writes the Italian newspaper «Korrere della sera»:
He (Putin) began at the end of September
from the fact that what said German chancellor: «Neither Germany, nor any
another power can eternally experience the feeling of fault for their pas». He
informed Defence Secretary of USA that it relates to the agreement on NMD as to
the relict of the Cold War. 48-year old Putin applauded, when American soldiers
began debarkation on the airfields of the former republics of Soviet Central
Asia. From the times of war against Nazism, the West and Russia did not have
coinciding strategies? Instead he, probably, asked so that he would be given
their harmony finally to deal with the Chechen rebels, without turning attention
to the protests against the violations of the human rights in the North Caucasus.
Here
this already accurately will be present during the negotiations and it is
possible, even will be designed some by florid formulation in the joint
memorandum. But to rely on the strength of alliance of USA - Russian federation
does not nevertheless stand. Some European states adhere to this opinion. In
particular, Polish «Gazeta vyborcha» published article under title «Drama of

Let
us we will not deceive ourselves. When Ben Laden's nightmare passes, the deep
non-coincidence of Russian- American interests again will remind to one of
himself. Nothing so unites as common enemy. But nothing so divides as overall
boundary. Thus Russia requests nothing from America in response to the entrance
into anti-terrorist union, but sometimes it will put forward calculation.
America will pay it. It is possible that because of Europe….
