chenet (Chechen internet) appeared the new site Daimohk.info (http://www.daimohk.info/)
of Chechen information agency «Daymohk». Editorial staff of Kavkaz-Center
plans to publish a series of those materials presented in this site for the
purpose of the acquaintance of the readers of Kavkaz-Center with the new
internet-resource of chenet.
Thus,
meticulous servicemen calculated: in Chechnya since the beginning of the war
were spent more than 90 thousand tons of ammunition and more than 70 thousand
rockets. This data was given on the collections of Generals and officers of
rocket- artillery troops, armored, automobile and metrological services,
assistants of commanders for the armament passed to North-Caucasian military
district during two days. So here reacted in particular Internet edition
such as «Lenta.ru». Thus unpretentiously was published, without analysis. That
in reality is rarity for «Lenta.ru».
And
in fact, here is what to analyze. Well, they spent, it occurs. Yes indeed still

Too much is obtained. And indeed everything only in one Chechnya and only in two
years! But what has been done with 90 thousand tons of ammunition? I think that
cartridges did not include in this quantity. Neither did instinct of
self-preservation not allow, nor conscience. Servicemen don’t necessarily have
it according to regulations. It is frightening for Generals to calculate, how
much all this costs. But how many echelons for the transportation were required?
Even if papers transport were lost, then nevertheless was possible to calculate.
Simple
arithmetic. But this is insulting that - war at all goes on and when it will end,
Generals now even approximately do not speak. It is recalled that after the
first war, «patriots» Russians cried: «Yes what is all this? This treachery!
«They pushed bandits to the mountains, and immediately is issued the order: to
step back»! Now already they are in mountains long ago. And order is only one:
«Not to step back, to destroy all!», and again it is not obtained! May be
ammunition or military engineering are less? Yes also, it is not less. Here «Chernie
Akuli (Black Sharks)» and tanks are the newest in Chechnya. So then what is the
matter?
It seems to us that this information is not by chance. Indeed these numbers,
together with military reports about daily losses of Russians, the visual
confirmation of the fact that Russia is losing the war in Chechnya. And neither
cruelties in relations with innocent population, nor repressions, nor so much
enough large quantity of volleys of «Grads», «Uragans», «Buratin» cannot
help.
And
as consequence, war becomes increasingly less and less popular in society. Well
and Chechens, have no special options. But once war now is not in the mood of
population, it means that rating of chief politician also suffers, indeed in
war, he grew, on it he is kept up. Certainly, it is possible that attempt of
rating will improve economy and in the field of human rights. Yes indeed he was
not taught this in KGB. This is about the economy. But about the human rights,
so there like all vice versa was explained to them. Now it is already late to be
retrained. It leaves, and war must be stopped. For the beginning, to criticize
it, «sacred», allegedly, it is said, many means depart. Negotiations should be
