In the beginning,
there is small quotation. Well-known American writer, Joseph Heller noted that:
«democracy characteristically reject all other rights, which it considers
revered for itself». Let us enumerate only some of these «sacred» rights of
the man: the presumption of innocence, relation to the prisoners and innocent
citizens from the side of participants in combat operations. Chechens are very
well know about this strange property of democracy - in relation to them, rights
of man are not more than empty sound. Numerous European commissions, called to
follow these rights, each time note that significant improvement with Human
Rights began in Chechnya.
In
this case, the number of those disappeared without information and «cleaned to
death» increases with constant velocity. Here now, in Chechnya arrives
sequential checking from Europe. How many of them had already been there? In
this series to lord Judd will be provided lists of those disappeared without
information, killed, mutilated by tortures in «filtration camps». In this

However, Heller is confidant that all this not «hitching post», namely is
property of democracy. Let us give one additional example, which characterizes
that this property is not an exclusively Russian phenomenon in Chechnya.
Our
assumption, that captured Taliban raised uprising in the prison of
Mazar-e-Sharif after Uzbeks of Dostum began their mass executions, completely
was confirmed. Western journalists described that at least 160 bodies were with
tied hands. They assume that executed were much more. Journalists saw, as
killers from the detachments of Dostum leisurely cut ropes on the hands of
corpses. Specially «advanced» ones checked teeth in those killed and if are
found gold, they are pulled out. And journalists also saw this. And
which shook them most of all that no one thought to hide its actions. Such an
impression is created, that in comparison with Taliban, Dostum was permitted
everything. Dostum, an ethnic Uzbek, who fought in the years of the occupation
of Afghanistan by USSR on the side of Russians, and afterward without special
effort passed to the side of Northern Alliance, smiles in front of cameras. He
is pleased to kill with impunity.
Due
to this reason, respect and love for him from the side of West and Russia is
strengthened. It is no secret that his hatred is extended not only to Taliban:
he frequently was scolded with Ahmed Shah Masood also. He has problems with
other Tajik leaders. It seems, that he completely spits on those negotiations,
which are carried out now in Bonn. Already he knows, who will be the ruler of
North Afghan provinces. But for the fact that his authority was indisputable, he
actively strengthens it, spilling the blood of prisoners. The known Human Rights
Watch organization had no time to inquire, however, that what occurred in the
prison of Mazar-e-Sharif as Russian mass media «derived» new information. We
give it without the notes because it sounded several days ago by Russian State
Television Company (ORT):
Near
Kunduz, more than 80 Taliban committed massive suicide. Taliban were arrested by
detachments of General Dostum. They drove off them into metallic containers,
which became their temporary prison. And prisoners, who did not desire to
surrender to enemy, exploded several grenades remaining with them. In connection
with massive suicide and to avoid new victims to troops of Northern Alliance,
they forbade searching captured Taliban. For them, they brought mullah so that
he would attempt to persuade them to surrender voluntarily. Such repenting
promise was made to let them go. But Northern Alliance assumes that this suicide
is not the last. Now in captivity are found more than 6 thousands Taliban.
I
do not think that they did not realize ORT, as this lie is cheaply chained
together. Indeed completely there is no logic in the fact that Taliban first are
surrendered to captivity, and then finish their lives by suicide. But how long
to us by all did say about the fact that Taliban are religious fanatics?
According to Islam, the man killed in the war for his religion falls into
paradise. However, to a suicide is prepared hell. What is this? This is
transient massive re-education? So similar must not be captivated. But confusion
about the fact that «in connection with massive suicide and to avoid
new victims to troops of Northern Alliance forbade to searching captured Taliban»
not at all is desirable to comment on.
The West keeps silent. USA, which declared that they began fight for the same
democracy but they do not note democratic methods of Dostum.
Do
you note iron containers for prisoners? It is normal! This as if is temporary
indeed! And here are ten people in the iron containers “explode themselves by
secretly carried grenades. And all perish. There is surprising lethal force in
these grenades. How much of these were required for them to destroy 80 people of
those closed in metallic containers?
It
is doubtful that someone will be occupied by investigation of this case. This
and others about which we do not know and probably will never learn. The
indulgence, given out to Dostum «guarding western values and democracy» gives
to him the complete right not to survive concerning such trifles as thousands of
those executed without law court and investigation. This even gives to him
confidences that also subsequently everything will pass for taciturn approval
for anti-Taliban coalition. «Northern Alliance assumes that this suicide is
not the last one».
We
also assume that these are not last executions. Their how much still will be? Now
in the captivity are found more than 6 thousands Taliban. Really every one
of them did carry with him grenades?
