him in Afghanistan. They will bomb Iraq; they will not find him there. They will
begin bombing of Somalia, and so on. Against this thought runs the thoroughly
hidden desire of Americans, as is possible to remain in Afghanistan for longer.
Specifically, about this requests of USA protégé of the Americans, Hamid
Karzai in his recent interview with newspaper «Washington Post». I still:

in Bishkek stated that it is now the time of preparation for operation, which
will continue in Afghanistan another one-and-a-half year.

which agreed to strengthen their activity within the framework of the so-called
anti-terrorist operation. According to John O'Keefe, «program of aid will cover
several branches. Now they are located in the stage of examination. Therefore
details and sums are still unknown», said ambassador. He reported that the
government of his country plans to increase the financial aid, directed toward
providing of safety of Kyrgyzstan. Thus, in the following year, USA plan to
allocate 3,5 million dollars for the technical equipment of its state boundaries.
The
words of ambassador are pronounced accurately following the visit of Colin
Powell, as in the compensation for the fact that Secretary of State of USA did
not dare to stop in Bishkek allegedly because of the bad weather. However, what
promised Powell to other countries, which he visited personally, we thus far do
not know, but obviously this entire journey was planned for conducting of that
most mysterious operation, about which John O'Keefe mentioned in Bishkek.

the flow of natural resources, which flows into the states of Central-Asian
region through Afghanistan, which will make it possible to limit the growing
economic and military influence of China. Simultaneously USA plans to place
antimissile system in Afghanistan in order to secure themselves from
intercontinental ballistic missiles of Peking.
Meanwhile,
according to report of Israeli press, recently in USA, Israel and Europe took
place a number of the meetings between the highest officers of the American and
Israeli army, where was discussed a question of interaction between strategic
partners if USA will attack on Iraq. The results of meetings of the commander of
Israeli Air Force, General Dan Khaluts estimated as maximally positive. Even in
the period of war in Persian Gulf in year 1991, General Khaluts prepared Israeli
air force to render attack on Iraq. In the assumed operation, main role was
assigned to bombers «F-15-A».
