Characterizing
the prevailing situation in Afghanistan after the withdrawal of the basic
subdivisions of Taliban from the large populated areas of the country, one of
the American experts stated - “This is not the beginning of end, but the end
of the beginning... «It is likely, that evaluation of expert is not distant
from the truth. In spite of the daily optimistic statements of Northern Alliance
and American representatives, reality makes it necessary to doubt the fact that
international plot against Afghanistan in the final analysis will succeed.
The victorious reports of that so-called «Eastern Shura»,
which with support of American bombers and commandos stormed Tora-Bora, in the
final analysis took the shape of a statement of the fact that neither Taliban,
nor Arab volunteers, nor Ben Laden could not detect. By the only trophy of the
pro-American Pashtun groupings became 11 injured Arab volunteers, whom all this
time western mass media persistently called Chechens. To a question - where
disappeared as the minimum of 1000 Taliban with the complete armament and
especially Ben Laden, neither Washington, nor the Northern Alliance have

Not all is clear with the so-called Bonn’s government. Karzai is declared
legitimate by USA. No longer is secret that the different coat groupings of
Northern Alliance conduct between themselves armed conflict for the spheres of
influence in Afghanistan. This fight passes into the bitter battles with the
participation of the same American aviation. On the degree of controllability of
Bonn’s government itself, not to mention controllability as a whole in the
country, speaks at least of the fact that the so-called international
peacemaking forces in a number of 5000 people, Defence Minister of its
government General Fahim, stated after the solemn statement Karzai about the

introduction of peacekeepers and negotiations in this connection are continuing.
Meanwhile USA, after considering, that «Afghan blitzkrieg» created favourable
international conditions, decided to enlarge the zone of military interference
beyond the limits of Afghanistan. The head of the Pentagon, Donald Rumsfeld
unexpectedly stated in Summit of NATO in Brussels that not only the «al-Qaeda»
network has been subjected to liquidations, reports in particular AR.
According to Rumsfeld, the list of the countries, which supports the so-called
international terrorism, partially intersects the list of the countries, which
possess chemical, biological weapon and which attempt to acquire nuclear weapons.
In the opinion of the head of the Pentagon, it is today necessary to take all
measures for the protection of people, since terrorist acts on 11th
September can follow others, more terrible, as he expressed, and so unexpectedly.
This statement in sequential time gave occasion to international observers to
perceive in the actions of USA in Afghanistan, the attempt to impose on world
its will, using bugaboo of international terrorism for propagandistic purposes,
which is for some reason determined by the framework of only Islamic geography.
