Usually
populous main Pankis market in the village of Duisi on last Tuesday unusually
was empty. Merchants from the adjacent Georgian villages did not arrive this
time. This was unusual picture for the ordinary local life. Brisk trade here
always went during other days. And there was more trading from the Georgian
villages. Though, it was not possible to rescue money. They very frequently here
bypass nature of exchange, and with realization into the debt. In a word, people
rescue each other from the difficult situation in last difficult years. Now, it
is likely, and this method of survival is set under the threat. Some people do
not sleep because that people will get along and survive together.
Situation around the market only late in the evening on Tuesday was explained
and became known that on the pure chance, human victims and mass speeches of
Georgian did not wrap up the matter. God, this time, has saved Pankis peace from
the unpredicted tests.
But the following happened. Usually for the Duis market, merchants are brought
on the buses and also are taken away at the end of the day. So it was also this

fifth-sixth kilometers from the regional center. Only they drove up to the

Situation could help to save as the driver did not stop, and he arrived with the
pierced wheels at the village. People next day fearing for their lives arrived
in the local elders - Kistins and Chechen refugees. And not so much with the
claims, as to express still appreciation. The fact is that after only an hour,
after hearing about that happening, in Sakobiani arrived young people from the
number of Chechen refugees and combed entire region. But without having found
more than anything suspicious they left, after proposing to local residents of
their telephone numbers and other coordinates, on which, it will be possible to
call for help. Now market is working in the customary routine.
It is necessary to recognize that, in spite of the attempts of Moscow to kindle
anti-Chechen moods among Georgians, occurs everything vice versa. Pankis already
no one doubts, that in practice after all provocations in the region stand the
Russian special services, which use local criminal elements for their purposes.
Anti-Russian moods among Georgian population grow with passage of each day.
Russian workers of the type of the Defence Minister of RF, Ivanov, who recently
stated exactly following, pour oil into the fire. Factually the idleness of
Georgian authorities in the fight against terrorism cannot be estimated
otherwise as unfriendly event with respect to Russia.
Ivanov made this statement, coming forward in the highest royal institute of the
defense of the armed forces of Belgium. Basically the rear base of Chechen

Constant intrigues of Russian special services tired employees of law and order,
and it is possible that many agents of Moscow in Pankis await the unpleasant
surprises.
Whatever situation there was, it is today obvious that Georgia is experiencing
the sequential turn of attacks from the side of Russia. After the scandalous
bombardment of the territory of the Georgia, these attacks do not appear only by
sequential frightening. Most likely, Moscow waits the moment, demonstrating
Tbilisi with possible version of the course of the events of the nearest future.
