It
does not convey Russia to Presidents. Specific regularity is present in this.
Behavior of people steer the country, while behavior are guided by mentality -
product of culture and education. Hence is the known saying: «Each nation is
worthy of its ruler».
The first President of independent Russia even in the childhood expressed his
nature by the fact that he knocked by hammer on grenade in order to learn, what
will be. As a result, he learnt, that it is possible to lose fingers. But, as
true Russian, he did derive any lesson from this. After becoming the President,
he knocked by fist. And he knocked till heard to the fact that he exploded the
country as that most evil-fated grenade. As a result, he learnt, that he forever
detached Chechnya away from Russia. As once he detached his finger. In a word,
as another former President said, «process went», since according to B.
Franklin, «large empire, as large pirogues, crumbles from the edges».
But indeed there was a chance. Well, his Korsakov would not have drawn him, when
Boris Nikolayevich, as that sir Gladstone, fell from the bridge into the river.
This was an accident. But, unfortunately, he took him out and this actually
became misfortune for Russia. However, Korsakov himself faced the same...
In reality, authority belongs to force and money. In the tsarist peaceful Russia,
in case of openly robbed money of people, limited personalities with unlimited
possibilities flocked by crowd, whose primary task was - to isolate authority.
Interest is mutual here. Money obtains authority, and authority obtains money.
Yeltsin,
who, according to his former press secretary V.Kostikov, «was lacking his own
ideology, besides ideology of authority», did not clearly reach to the role of
Russian Dan-Sio-Pinia. But it nevertheless created unique reform – «family in
a row» to the authority. For the cover was necessary it’s Buratino, cut out
of the KGBian dead wood. It came out. Started the second Russian-Chechen war -
Bolivar, which nevertheless exported two. Now in Russia is another President,
who rules already two years.

future of Russia.
Yesterday (on 20.12.01) in building of Alexander-Hausa passed «round table» on
the subject of «Political scene in the middle of presidential period of Putin:
on halfway from chaos to the order». Domestic political analytics, sitting
opposite the Kremlin, made apocalyptical predictions about the nearest future of
Russia. The most remarkable among them was the adviser of President Andrei
Illarionov.
The giants of domestic thought decided to offer a pleasant gift to fellow
citizens on the New Year. Yesterdays «round table» had to break up doubts
relative to cloudless future - such will not be.
As declared the director of the institute of the problems of globalization,
Mikhail Delyagin, problem is not in the fact that we are ruled Stalin, but in
the fact that we are ruled by very small Stalin, who is not capable to develop
strategy and to decide, where he wants to conduct the country. In years
2003-2005, the economist is convinced; the most severe crisis and military
police regime awaits the country. Optimism sounded only in the call of Mr.
Delyagin continues to work at economic strategy, because it nevertheless will be
claimed - not during junta, so after its unavoidable drop.
Practically all participants of «round table» agreed with classification of
today's near-imperious groupings, which fight for the repartition of basic
resources in the country: former «family», group, connected with Anatoliy
Chubais, and the most powerful group – «new-Piter agents», or «state
security agents».
The most curious is that with this thesis agreed adviser of the President on
economic issues, Andrey Illarionov, who explained that he «looked to «round
table» only for hearing». Mr. Illarionov into everybody's hearing stated that
the fight of groupings for the authority and information war during the
President Putin is «ot less than that during Yeltsin's time» «My returned
into the same track, on which passed last ten years. But dynamics and scales of
corruption even are higher than before: earlier this was done somehow on -
amateurish, and now corruption is institualized» It followed from the words of
the adviser of the President that two years of Vladimir Putin's stay in
authority from the point of view of the economy were spent absolutely for
nothing.
«If in these two years was continued at least that economic policy, which would
be conducted in 1999, then now we had an increase not in 5%, but as the minimum
15%. But we live exclusively due to oil-dollars. In unprecedented manner was
successful for us situation in the global petroleum market, but not the change
of command in authority, it was the sole reason for relative stability in the
country in 2000-2001. At the end of the speech, Mr. Illarionov assumed that
Russia is waiting for disintegration in the case of the absence of serious
structural changes and continuation of the encounters between the near- and
intra-Kremlin groupings. Because each generality, which does not have good
reason inside itself for the generality, sooner or later is crushed, as an
example showed by Soviet Union».
The head of the fund for effective policy, Gleb Pavlovsky is much more agitated
by foreign policy. According to him, it is better for us not to fraternize with
USA, because that with us, Russians happened always like this: firstly - native
brother, and then – frigging bitch.
And only the director of fund «Public opinion», Alexander Oslon to all these
predictions imperturbable objected, that rating of the President Putin as before
goes off scale: If we propose paper with ten times different surnames to the
citizens, then he is selected approximately by 50%, and if we propose his only
surname, then totally by 54%”.
Let us comment only on pinion of Alexander Oslon, since everything else is clear
as day.
Thus, about rating of President Putin.
People awaited the master of Russian soil; master of his word. Father -
benefactor. But he everything was not and was not. And the shift of mass
consciousness happened on the soil of long expectation. In the shape of KGB
agent Putin suddenly were seen features of master with moustache. But as is said,
Fedot, yes not that. And gradually everything becomes in its places. People
cannot simultaneously grow poor, hate corrupted officialdom, police regime,
horrors of war and in this case for a long time preserve national love for that,
who continues to head this entire injustice. So it does not occur.
