he is living with his Family in Palma de Mayorca
and as it seems  he doesn’t want to migrate
any where else His mother told about him that:
“He is exactly like his father, recluse, apprehensive
and reserved. His deceased Father also was
never normal and ran From the Society,
Father and son are original and transcript
 copy of each other.

But Mordillo tells about himself:
“I was very shy in my Childhood.
I usually didn’t talk a lot.
And anyhow I think I have no words to declare
and comprehend repeating mistakes,
unrelated acts and lonely
 ness Similar to “Robinson Crusoe”
of my personality.

So, making Mordillo to talk is not so easy.
This thing man speaks rarely indeed
and even if he speaks his words confirm his subs
 tan tial and mysterious silence.

Why? Nobody knows, his words should be
found from his expressive pictures.
But at last the silent painter
answers some questions.

Q – Do you live in Parma de Mayorca?
 What’s that more attracts you,
this good Climate Island, or it’s isolation?

A – Lonely person is lonely everywhere,
but here I can imagine I put my cartoons in a
bottle and throw them in to the sea.

And they’ll be found in Japan, Australia,
America or Europe’s seasides.

Q – Your works are limited, How many
cartoons do you draw every week?

A – just one, in average I draw 60 to 70
cartoons every year.

Q – Pele, the Famous Footballer of Brazil has
written a preface in your collection of cartoons.
One “number one” For your unnumbered team!
Please tell us what’s interesting in football that
 attracts you?

A – football is the most Surrealistic play that I know,
one ball and thou ands of Struggles for eyes
of Spectators.
I believe that in football match every accident many
 occur,
and I think that I’m in the middle of it myself.

Q – what’s the meaning of Satire for you?

A – It means a kind of fear and sensitivity.
Heritage Fear. Fearing From life or good living,
Fear of inability of having good Social
relationship and many other things.
I remember an event from my child hood.
One day I was out till late and played
 with my Friends.
It was getting dark and I should pass through
 an empty park,
to reach to my house, necessarily
I quelled my fear a little by whistling,
and even now I try to do the Same
Thing in my cartoons.

Q – If you put yourself instead of the readers
or spectators  of your works,
what’s more attractive or inters ting for you?

A – with your permission I’ll give a Simple answer.
I love Comic Cinema and Funny Films of 1930’s
 most of all.
My favorite artists are “Baster Keaton”,
“Harold Lloyd “, and “Charlie Chaplin”.
Honestly I still think my self in mood
of that dreaming time and mean while I feed it’s real.
